Originally established in 2019 as Ashley James Automotive, the business has grown and evolved alongside our passion for Porsche. As our focus shifted increasingly towards the marque, we rebranded to Haus of Porsche — a name that better reflects our specialist expertise and commitment to Porsche owners. While the name has changed, the legal entity and the values behind the business remain the same.
The company was founded by Ashley, whose passion for cars started young — collecting Porsche model cars and building a genuine connection with the brand from an early age. That passion naturally turned into a career within the motor trade, where he gained experience working in main dealer environments, learning the standards, precision and attention to detail expected at the highest level.
Ashley isn’t just part of the Porsche world — he lives it. A true enthusiast through and through, he currently has a 1989 Porsche 911 Super Sport in his collection and brings that same passion into everything we do at Haus of Porsche. You’ll probably catch him at Porsche events, around the local scene, or talking all things Porsche with customers — because for him, it’s more than just a business, it’s a lifestyle.
That obsession with detail is what the business is built on. From our immaculate workshop environment to the way every vehicle is handled, inspected and maintained, nothing is left to chance. Every process, every job and every customer interaction is held to a standard that reflects what you would expect from a leading independent Porsche specialist.
As the business has grown, so has the team and the workshop itself. Robin plays a key leadership role within Haus of Porsche, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and managing the workshop technicians to ensure the highest standards are consistently delivered. With a strong background in the motor trade, Robin has previously worked supplying vehicles to film and production crews — an environment where reliability, presentation and attention to detail are critical. His experience brings a high level of organisation and professionalism to the workshop, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both the team and our customers.
Our workshop is fully equipped with specialist Porsche tools and diagnostic equipment, allowing us to carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance to the highest standards. By focusing solely on Porsche models, we offer a level of knowledge and precision that general garages simply cannot match.
We are also proud to support a growing number of international clients who trust us to maintain their vehicles while they are out of the country. This ensures their Porsche is kept in optimal condition and ready to perform exactly as it should upon their return.
